Principal Attorney
Mounia Elarar, Esq. is the founding and principal attorney of Elarar Law LLC, an immigration and business law firm established in 2020. She is licensed to practice law in New Jersey, New York, and Massachusetts.
As an immigrant herself, Mounia Elarar has a personal connection to immigration law. She migrated from Morocco to Massachusetts at the age of 8 with her parents and younger sister. She understands and empathizes with her clients because she went through the same immigration process. She prides herself in providing clients with thorough and prompt advice delivered with compassion and professionalism.
Mounia Elarar graduated from Stonehill College in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science. She earned her Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University, School of Law and her Masters of Science in Cybersecurity from Roger Williams University, Graduate School.
Upon graduating from law school, Mounia clerked for the Honorable Sohail Mohammed, Judge of Superior Court of New Jersey, Criminal Division.
